Ingredients

2 cups rice flour

4 cups sugar

2 spoons (serving spoons) cinnamon

4 spoons ( serving spoons) Caraway

14 cups water

Garnish

Shredded unsweetened coconut

Raw Almonds

Raw Pine nuts

Raw Walnuts

Raw Pistachio

All nuts should be soaked in water the night before

Preparation

Put all ingredients ( except garnish) into pressure cooker. Stir until they boil Close lid and let it cook for 1/2 an hour Pour in planes , let rest, garnish and serve cold
