Ingredients

• Corn tortillas

• 2 chicken breasts

• 2 tbsb olive oil

• 1 tsp paprika

• 1 tsp garlic powder

• 1 tsp onion powder

• 1 tsp chili powder

• bunch of fresh cilantro, chopped

• 2 medium tomatoes, chopped

• 1 thick slice of onion, chopped

• 1 mild pepper, diced

• 1 can refried beans

• 1 lime cut into wedges

Preparation

  1. Combine chopped tomatoes, onions, and diced peppers in a bowl and set aside. 2.Microwave the chicken breasts until almost completely cooked. Shred the chicken with a fork. Cook in olive oil with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder. Until fully cooked.
  2. Spread about a tablespoon of refried beans on each tortilla and top with chicken. Microwave 20 seconds.
  3. Top with tomato mixture and chopped cilantro. Garnish with lime wedge.
