Ingredients
Couscous
1 and 1/2 cup couscous, uncooked
-1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
-2 cups water
-1/2 teaspoon salt
Tabouli
-ingredients above
-1 tomato, diced
-juice of 2 lemons
-1/2 cup fresh mint, chopped
-2 cups fresh parsley, chopped
-1/4 teaspoon Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend
Preparation
To prepare the couscous, bring water, oil, and salt to a boil in a medium saucepan. Stir in couscous and remove from heat. Let stand for 7 minutes. Fluff with fork.
Combine remaining ingredients with couscous in medium-sized bowl. Let sit one hour or overnight in covered bowl in refridgerator before serving.
