Ingredients
1 ripe melon (choice)
1/2 superfine sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
6-8 tbsp. Port (optional)
9x12 glass backing dish
Preparation
Clean and deseed melon, food process. Add sugar, lemon and port. Taste and add more sugar to preference. Freeze 1 hour, stir Freeze 2 hours, stir/flake Freeze 1 hour, flake Serve when frozen to taste
