2 EGGS BEATEN

1/2C BUTTER

3/4C SUGAR

1/3C MILK

11/2C BLUEBERRIES

1TSP VANILLA

2TBSP SUGAR

Preparation

SIFT TOGETHER FLOUR, BAKING POWDER AND SALT. BEAT EGGS, SET ASIDE. CREAM BUTTER, GRADUALLY ADD SUGAR AND CREAM WELL. ADD BEATEN EGGS AND BLEND UNTIL FLUFFY. ADD 1/3 OF THE FLOUR MIXTURE STIRRING WELL. ADD 1/2 THE MILK WITH THE VANILLA AND STIR.ADD FLOUR, MILK ETC. UNTIL ALL ARE ADDED. GENTLY FOLD IN BLUEBERRIES WHICH HAVE BEEN DUSTED WITH A VERY LITTLE FLOUR.POUR IN GREASED OBLONG BAKING DISH, TUBE PAN, LOAF PAN OR MUFFIN PAN. BAKE AT 375 FOR 30-35 MINS. LONGER FOR LOAF PAN AND SHORTER FOR MUFFINS. BEFORE PLACING IN OVEN SPRINKLE THE TOPS WITH 2T SUGAR.
