Ingredients
4 sticks margarine
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup corn starch
3 cups flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt (optional)
Preparation
Beat margarine and sugar until fluffy. Mix together and then gradually beat in flour, salt and corn starch. Add vanilla and beat hard until fluffy. Drop by spoonsful on cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees until delicately brown (15 minutes or so). When cool, dust with powdered sugar.
