Ingredients
1 C. butter
1/2 C. confectioner sugar
1/4 C. cornstarch
1 1/2 C. all-purpose flour
Preparation
Preheat oven 350. Whip butter until fluffy. Stir in sugar,cornstarch,flour. (you can mix by hand) or use beater at low speed, then on high for 3-4 min. Drop by tsp. on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12-15 min. don’t over cook, until edges are turning brown. cool.
