Ingredients

2 c water

1/4 c clean raw cashews

4 oz. pimientos

3 Tbsp food yeast flakes

2 Tbsp cornstarch or arrowroot

1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. onion flakes

1/4 tsp garlic powder

Preparation

Process cashews in blender with 1/2 c water until very smooth.Add remaining ingred. including remaining water Continue blending until very smooth. Simmer in heavy saucepan until thickens, stirring constantly. Add to harvest medley casserole then bake till bubbly.
