Ingredients

1 lb. medium shrimp (shelled & deveined)

2 T. olive oil

1 - 1 1/2 cups pico de gallo (spiced to your preference)

Shredded parmesan (optional)

16 oz. alfredo sauce (Classico brand or homemade)

16 oz. penne or bowtie pasta (cooked)

Preparation

In large sautee skillet, heat olive oil over med-hi heat. Add shrimp & cook until just pink (approx. 3 min.), being sure to turn shrimp. Add pico de gallo & sautee until onion becomes clear. Add alfredo sauce, stir & heat through. Serve immediately over pasta. Top with parmesan. Ole’ & Bon Appetit!
