Ingredients
1 1/2 cups roasted, salted peanuts
1 1/2 cups Chex cereal
1 cup salted sunflower kernels
1 cup Cornnuts
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation
Combine first 4 ingredients in a 15x10" pan; stir well. Drizzle butter over peanut mixture; stir well. Sprinkle with seasoning; stir well. Balke at 350 for 20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes.
