Ingredients

2 cups Vegetable Broth

1 1/2 cups salsa

1 (16oz) can

refried beans

1 (15oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed

2 tsp Mexican seasoning blend

Tortilla chips, crumbled

Shredded Mexican cheese

sliced green onions

Preparation

Bring broth, salsa, refried beans, black beans, and Mexican seasoning to a boil in a medium saucepan. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 25 minutes. Top with crumbled tortilla chips, cheese, and green onions, if you like. Recipe may be doubled (or more).
