Ingredients

1 1/2 pound ground beef

1/2 c. chopped onion

2 packages taco seasoning mix

1 1/4 c. water

1 (12 oz) package rotini

3 tomatoes, chopped

3 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 1/2 c. sliced black olives

2 avocados, peeled and cubed

1 1/2 c. taco sauce

3 c. shredded lettuce

Preparation

In large skillet, cook ground beef and onion; drain off excess fat.

Add seasoning mix and water. Bring to boil; simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Cook macaroni according to package directions.

Add remaining ingredients. Stir gently. Serve hot or cold. When serving cold, add shredded lettuce just prior to serving.
