Ingredients
8 tortillas
1 1/2 lbs hamburger (or leftover roast)
1 tbs chili powder
salt & pepper
1 lb sliced Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can diced rotel tomatoes
1 can chili beans
Preparation
- Brown hamburger. Season with salt & pepper and chili powder.
- In 9 x 13, line bottom with tortillas. Cover with meat mixture. Add beans. Cover with cheese.
- Add another layer of tortillas.
- Combine soup and Rotel. Pour over tortillas. Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
