Ingredients

2 chopped tomatoes

6 green onions, sliced

1 can Mexican corn

1 can black beans (optional)

2 small cans black olives, sliced

1 small can green chiles, chopped

Preparation

Drain canned vegetables well, then mix all ingredients together with 2 T olive oil, 3 T red wine vinegar, 1/4 t season salt, ground pepper, 1 t minced garlic, and 5 drops tobasco. Serve with tortilla chips.
