Ingredients

1# Pinto Beans

3# Pork Roast

1 cup chopped onions

2 cloves garlic

2 Tblspn Chili Powder

1 Tblspn salt

1 Tblspn ground cumin

1 Tsp oregano

2-4oz cans of mild chopped green chiles

1 bag ‘Fritos’ or corn tortillas

Condiments:

chopped tomatoes

chopped avacados

chopped onion

chopped black olives (4 oz cn)

grated cheddar cheese

shredded lettuce

hot sauce

Preparation

Put beans, meat, 7 cups of water, onion, garlic,seasonings, green chilies in a large pot. Simmer (covered)for 5 hours until meat begins to to fall apart. The last hour (6th) uncover and continue cooking & stirring.

Serve over chips (Fritoes or tortilla chips) Serve with: tomatoes, avacados, chopped onions,shredded lettuce, choped black olives, grated cheddar and hot sauce. Enjoy!!
