Ingredients

3-4 cooked chicken breasts, diced to bite size

1 can cream of chicken

1 can cream of mushroom

1 can Rotel (mild or hot)

1 pound Velveeta, diced

Preparation

  1. preheat oven 350 degrees

  2. Put soups and rotel in a large skillet.

  3. Stir until mixed.

Cut up velvetta in mixture and stir until melted. (if too thick, add milk or chicken broth until correct)

Add chicken.

Layer doritos, chicken and soup mixture. Beginning and ending with doritos

Bake 350* until heated through. Approx 30-40 minutes
