Ingredients

carrots

celery

onion

can of corn

can of black beans

hot sauce

cumin

chili powder

garlic salt

chicken breast

can of green chilis (optional)

chicken stock

can diced tomatoes

Preparation

Cook chicken (poaching) Saute chopped celery and carrots. Add cumin, garlic powder, and chili powder. Dice or pull apart cooked chicken, and add to celery/carrots. In soup pot,heat chicken stock, add a can of green chilis, can of corn, can of black beans, can of diced tomatoes, and diced onion. Thicken with flour and water.
