Ingredients

1½ lbs ground beef

1 can refried beans

1 envelope taco seasoning

1 cup salsa

1 cup sour cream

2 cups cheddar cheese

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Brown and drain ground beef. Add the refried beans; mix thoroughly. Stir in taco seasoning.

In a separate bowl, stir together 1 cup salsa and one cup sour cream.

In an 8x13" casserole dish, layer first the meat mixture, then the salsa mixture. Top with cheese.

Bake 30 minutes.

Serve warm with chips or crackers.
