Ingredients

1 Lb. fish fillets( white fish such as haddock, sole or tilapia

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup salsa

1 cup shredded cheddar

Preparation

Place fillets in a greased 1 quart casserole dish. Top with sour cream then with salsa. Top with shredded cheese Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes or ’til fish flakes easily
