Ingredients
4 ripe avocados, pitted and peeled
Juice of 2 lemons
2 teaspoon chopped cilantro
1 ripe plum tomato, peeled seeded and diced into 1/4-inch
1/4 cup diced onion
2 teaspoons finely minced garlic
2 teaspoons finely minced jalapeño
Preparation
Mash avocados lightly with a fork and mix in all of the other ingredients. Let is sit for about 1/2 hour to let the flavors blens and allowing the lemon to cure the onion.
