Ingredients

1 cup cilantro

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup natural yoghurt (ideally greek style yoghurt)

2 bags of natural gelatine dissolved in warm water

1 small piece of onion

chile serrano (optional, depending on how hot you want the evening to be)

Preparation

Put all in blender and keep in fridge until done. As with anything you make with gelatine, sometimes it doesn’t get quite solid. No worries. Just say you are having cilantro mousse
