Ingredients
1 Large block velveeta
2 cans rotel mix(mild-hot)
1 med. size bag macaroni noodles
Preparation
Boil noodles until they reach desired texture.
Cut the entire block of cheese into good sized cubes (they dont have to be huge or tiny) and place in a large pot or deep skillet. Top with both cans of rotel and place over medium heat. stir frequently until cheese is completely melted.
Strain noodles and add to rotel. Stir well and remove from heat. Serve immediately.
