(10-oz.) pkg. frozen creamed spinach

(7-oz.) pkg. (3 1/2 cups) uncooked elbow macaroni

(10-oz.) can tomatoes with chiles, undrained

1/2

cup sour cream

6

oz. (1 1/2 cups) shredded Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Heat oven to 350°F. Prepare spinach and cook macaroni as directed on packages.

In ungreased 2-quart ovenproof casserole, combine cooked spinach, cooked macaroni, tomatoes with chiles, sour cream and half of the cheese; mix well. Top with remaining cheese.

Bake at 350°F. for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese is melted.
