Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1/4 lb buffalo meat
1/4 lb italian sausage
1 cup medium chunky Pace Picante sauce
2 cups shredded cheese (use your favorite kinds of shredded cheese)
1/2 cup of KC Masterpiece Original barbeque sauce
1 cup chopped red, green, and yellow bell peppers
1 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Mix everything together except the KC Masterpiece barbeque sauce. Add more bread crumbs and one egg if too moist. Form into glass pan so there is room on two sides. Spread KC Masterpiece over top of meatloaf. Bake at 350 degrees for an hour.
