Ingredients

5 Roma Tomatoes

1/4 Medium White Onion

4 Garlic Cloves

5-6 Jalapeño or Serrano Peppers

2 Tablespoons of Consome* Tomatoe

6 cups water

Found in Latin Groceries store or Mexican aisle.

Preparation

Boil all ingredients for 30 to 45 minutes. Let stand until cool. Transfer tomatoes, onions, garlic and a couple of chiles to blender add salt to taste. Saved water and additional peppers can be added for desired consistency or if salsa is not hot enough.
