Ingredients
2lb cooked, peeled, deveined medium peeled shrimp rinsed & cut in half
1-2 seeded jalapeños (depending on how spicy you like it)
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 bunch sliced green onions
½ bunch chopped cilantro (omit as many stems as possible)
2 limes juiced
½ jar each regular cocktail sauce & spicy or hot cocktail sauce
Pinch of course salt if needed
½ t pepper flakes if not spicy enough or the 2nd jalapeño
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together.
Taste for spiciness & salt.
Serve with crackers or Tostitos chips
