Ingredients

1 boneless beef chuck roast about 3 lbs.1 tb cumin 1 tb coriander 1 tb chili powder 1 ts salt 1/2 ts ground red pepper 1 cup salsa or picante sauce 2 tb water 1 tb cornstarch

Preparation

remove beef from cooking liquid.cool slightly trim fat shred meat with two forks.let cooking liquid stand 5 min.skim fat.blend water and cornstarch until smooth stir into slow cooker uncovered on high 15 minutes or until thickened return beef to slow cooker cover and cook 15-30 minutes or until hot adjust seasonings use as meat filling for tacos or burritos
