Mexican Wedding Cake Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup butter

1 1/2 teaspoon cold water

2 cups flour

1 cup finely chopped pecans

4 tablespoons confectioner’s sugar

Extra confectioner’s sugar

Preparation

Cream butter & sugar. Add other ingredients in order given. Roll GENTLY into smalls balls or sticks. Place on cookie sheet. Cook 15 to 20 minutes at 350. While still hot, roll GENTLY in extra confectioner’s sugar.
