Ingredients
10 Large scallops, cut in half lengthwise
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp orange blossom honey
4 tbsp butter
juice of 1/2 meyer lemon
salt
pepper
Preparation
heat the soy sauce, meyer lemon juice and honey in a small sauce pot. While the sauce is heating heat the oil in a large skillet. season the scallops with salt and pepper. Sear over high heat for three minutes per side. Set scallops aside and melt the butter into the sauce. Spoon sauce over the scallops and serve.
