Ingredients

2 cups fresh corn, raw

2 T butter

12 eggs

1 ½ c sour cream

½ c whole milk

4 c cheddar cheese (Colby)

8 oz green chilies, diced

1 T worcestire sauce

1 T salt

1 tsp pepper

Garnish:

1 ½ c sour cream

chopped tomatoes

guacamole

Preparation

Sauté corn in butter, beat eggs. Add everything together. Pour into 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake at 325 for 1 ¼ hour. Should brown on top.
