Ingredients

4 cups small white beans

1 1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup molasses

Good tbsp. full of ordinary mustard

Bacon or ham or salt pork

Tail end of bottle of ketchup

Preparation

Soak beans over night in cold water. Bring pot to a boil & simmer until the skins peel back. Mix ingredients and simmer in pot @ 250 degrees (F) for 2 to 6 hours.
