Ingredients

1 peach or nectarine

1/4 cup blueberries

2 tbls granola or sugared oats

1 tsp coffee or apple cider

Preparation

In a ramekan, layer the blueberries atop the peach/nectarine. Next lace the mixture with granola and top with coffee/cider. Place in microwave for thirty seconds, or until bubbling is evident.
