Ingredients

3-4 c. chunky hash browns

½ c. chopped green onions

½ t. pepper

½ t. celery salt

4 T. Parmesan cheese

3 T. margarine

Preparation

Microwave the hashbrowns until they are cooked. Stir in remaining ingredients and microwave until warmed through.

  • If making in oven, substitute 4 potatoes cut into bite-sized pieces for the hashbrown potatoes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and bake for 1 hour.
