Ingredients

1 1/3 pounds of red potatoes

2 tsp. olive oil

1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

  1. slice potatoes thin. Toss with oil and salt.
  2. Coat shallow pan with cooking spray.
  3. Arrange in single layer. Cook uncovered 2-3 minutes. Turn slices over and cook until edges start to crisp 2-4 minutes
