Ingredients
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tsp garam masala
Half tsp turmeric
1 and a quarter pint vegetable stock
Salt if required
Preparation
In a large microwaveable bowl mix together the oil, garam masala, turmeric and salt and microwave for 1 minute Add the rice and microwave for a further 1 minute Add the vegetable stock, stir cover with lid and cook on high for 10 minutes Rest for 10 minutes before serving
