Ingredients
1 pound carrots, grated
2 oranges, peeled and diced
1/4 teaspoon sugar, or more to taste
juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon orange-blossom water, or more to taste (obtain from a Middle Eastern or East Indian grocery, or in the international foods section of some supermarkets)
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and serve. It’s a very refreshing salad. The cologne fragrance of the orange-blossom water is delightful.
