Ingredients
10 ounces lean groung beef sirloin
1/2 cup wheat bread crumbs (1 1/4 ounces)
1 small yellow onion, grated (1/2 cup)
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh mint leaves
2 tablespoons tomato juice
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preparation
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. By hand, form into 12 meatballs and place on a nonstick baking pan. Bake 10 minutes, or until cooked through.
