Ingredients
1 cup water
6 cups milk
1 1/2 cups rice (should turn out round and fluffy)
2 tablespoons corn starch melted in a spoon of water
2 cups caster sugar
1/2 cup rose water
1/2 orange blossom water
1 cup of shredded dry coconut
1 cup of chopped roasted almonds
Preparation
Boil the water and milk in a large pot, add the rice, keep boiling till the rice turns fluffy, add the corn starch mixture, add the sugar, then add the rose water and orange blossom water. Keep boiling mixture till it turns into a pudding texture.
Add in seperate bowls and sprinkle with shredded dry coconut and roasted chopped almond.
