Ingredients

3 lb ribs - baby back is what I use every time I cook ribs (they are spendy)

2 tsp crushed red pepper\1/2 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp garlic powder

½ cup water or chicken broth

1 ½ cup BBQ sauce - Jack Daniels has some great sauce (Safeway)

Preparation

Combine all powders in a bowl. Rub on ribs to coat. Put ribs in crock pot and pour your water (or chicken broth) around them. You don’t want to pour the liquid on the ribs because you will make the rub come off. Then pour BBQ sauce all over them. Cook for 7-8 hours. Discard liquid - when you open the lid you will see what I mean. Put lid back on and continue cooking for 1 more hour
