Ingredients
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil (safflower)
2 cups unbleached white flour
2/3 cup cocoa (Hershey’s, Scharffen Berger, Droste, etc.)
4 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
chopped walnuts (quantity to your preference)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F. Beat eggs and suger, add oil. Use oil to grease the pan with a papertowel. Use a 9X9 inch square pan or bigger depending on how thick you want the brownies to be. Add flour and mix, add cocoa and mix, add vanilla and walnuts and mix. Bake 35 minutes (conventional oven) or until done. We prefer the brownies a littl gooey in the center!
