Ingredients
2 cups macaroni uncooked
3 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 can of campbells cheddar cheese soup
.5 teaspoon ground mustard
2 eggs (beaten)
.5 teaspoon salt
.5 teaspoon pepper
Breadcrumbs (I use panko)
1 cup of whole milk
4 tablespoons of butter
Preparation
Boil the macaroni until it is cooked 7-8 mins then drain it and return to pot add in two cups of the grated cheese and butter and combine until it is creamy and melted. Than add the rest of the ingrediants except the breadcrumbs and last cup of grated cheese. Pour the mixture into a greased 13x9 casserole dish then sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top and then the rest of the cheese on top of that.. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
