Ingredients
2 lbs. cubed Roast Beef
2 cans Stewed Tomatoes
1 large Onion, chopped
2 large Green Peppers, chopped
1 pint Sour Cream
1 Beef Bouillon Cube
1 cup Water
Preparation
Simmer tomatoes, onion, and peppers in bouillon base with water. Brown beef in garlic butter. Add to mixture.
Simmer for about 1 hour. Add sour cream. Simmer for 15-20 minutes more.
Serve over rice if desired.
