Ingredients
4 1/2 cups of 3 different berries
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cip flour
1 tbls butter
Basic Flaky Pie Crust
1 egg
Preparation
Mix flour and sugar. Pour over mixed berries. Line pie pan w/pastry. Beat egg. Brush beaten egg over bottom of pastry. Pour berries into pan and dot with/butter. Cover w/top pastry. Brush lightly with half&half. Sprinkle w/sugar. Bake @400 for 10 minutes, then reduce to 350 and cook for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
