Ingredients
8#dark Chocolate
2# Butter
3#Egg yolks
4#Egg Whites
1#+4oz Sugar
4# Heavy Cream
Preparation
Melt Chocolate and butter in double boiler. Add yolks and mix well, set aside. Whip whites and sugar to soft peaks, fold in chocolate, whip cream to soft peaks fold into chocolate.
