Method;

Chop the tomatoes in half and place on a baking tray. Drizzle with oil, garlic, sugar and salt, then roast on 200C in the oven for 15-20 mins

Slice the rind from the cheese and discard.

Dice the cheese and place it in a pan with the cream and simmer on a low heat until melted

Boil the pasta with 1 tbsp salt and 1 tbsp oil

Drain the pasta and stir into thIngredients;

1 packet of Dolcelatta cheese

100ml double cream

100g cherry tomatoes

Pack of fresh pasta

1 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp sugar

Oil

Salte sauce along with the tomatoes.
