Ingredients

250g milk chocolate 45%

75g Cocoa butter

150g Hazelnut Paste

300g Feuilletine

Preparation

Melt chocolate. Melt cocoa butter 1-2 minutes in microwave In mixer with paddle attachment, mix chocolate, cocoa butter, and hazelnut paste. Add feuilletine mix well. Spread onto parchment lined sheet pan. Refrigerate until set ~ 5-10 minutes. With a ruler cut into 1.5" x 4" strips
