Ingredients
1 l milk
200 g flour
100 g sugar 10 g salt
4 eggs
100 g apricot jam
50 ml apricot brandy ( pálinka )
Preparation
Mix the flour, milk, salt, sugar, and eggs to make a pancace mixture. Pourthe mixture onto a greased backing tray and cooc in a hot oven (250-300 °C ) untill golden brown and the mixture has blistered. Remove when ready and allow to cool before cutting into squares. Heat the apricot jam and add the breandy to this before pouring over the fruit. Allow to cool and dust with icing sugar.
