Ingredients

6 cups milk

1 cup semolina

3/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup rose water

1/2 cup orange blossom water

1/4 cup butter

1 cup Bread crumbs

Sweet mozzarella cheese ( optional)

Preparation

Mix Milk and Semolina , boil and stir until semolina is cooked and pudding is thick. Add sugar and rose water and orange blossom water and cook for five more minutes. Melt butter in a pyrex add pudding and put more butter and bread crumbs on top and bake for around 20 minutes Serve with sugar syrup.

If using cheese, put half of pudding in pyrex, put crumbled cheese and then remaining pudding.
