Ingredients

4 c. sugar

2 sticks butter

1 13 oz. can milnot

1 large pkg. chocolate chips

1 7 1/2 oz. jar marshmallow fluff

1 T. vanilla

1 c. nuts

Preparation

Boil sugar, butter, and milnot. Stir for 10 minutes (soft ball stage. Add chocolate chips, marshmallow, and vanilla and stir until almost thick. Cool and add 1 c. nuts. Pour into 13x8 greased cake pan.
