Ingredients

6 Boneless Chicken Breasts (or 4 Bone-in)

1/4 cup butter

2 T flour

2 T sugar

1/4 t each dry mustard, ginger, cinammon

1 t salt

1 can 8 oz. frozen orange juice

Mandarin Orange slices

Preparation

Sprinkle Chicken breasts with 1/2 t salt and brown in butter. Remove and add flour sugar, spices, and rest of salt to pan drippings. Stir into a smooth paste. Gradually stir in OJ. Cook until it thcikens and comes to a boil. Add chicken, cover, and simmer over low heat (20 mins until chicken is tender.
